   My wriggly six year old often causes her booster seat to shift as she gets in and out of the car. While she could re-position the booster correctly, the seat belt would often slide behind the booster and she could not pull it out on her own. This holds the buckle in place firmly and thus solves that problem. However, in my 2014 Honda Civic with a standard Graco booster, the buckle holder has created a new problem: it’s holding the buckle at an odd angle and it’s taking her twice as long to manipulate the belt and lock it in. Car manufacturers intentionally make seat belts floppy at the base so the angle at which you lock the belt in is easily manipulated. The locking mechanism at the base takes away from the slack in the buckle, forcing the buckle to sit stiffly almost flush against the side of the booster. There’s very little give to push it forward enough for my 6 year old to lock the belt in place. In hindsight, I think the Lula Bloc would have been a better purchase because the stiff foam keeps the buckle in place but still allows some « floppiness » to the buckle’s base to adjust the angle.

   I know everyone says this, but…
   I never write reviews, but I have to because I just love those little device!!! I rented a car today while mine was being worked on. After climbing to the backseat twice to help my son, I quickly went all the way back to the dealership to get the extra one that I keep in my glove compartment. My son can not fasten his seatbelt with out this! This saves me a lot of trouble for sure, terrific invention!!!!!!!!!! I’ve had mine for about two years I think, and forgot how much I depended on it. That’s why I wrote this review:)

   Finally…these holders make fastening the seat belt so much easier. I can’t imagine what it was like before these holders. This product is especially good for those of us with arthritis and other like challenges. It may look funny but they sure do work. Great for us seniors. Friends love mine and hinted that they would be aperfect holiday gift so I bought more sets. These are such a clever invention and I think they fit any car. Grab these
