Leaders from major landowners in North Richland (Battelle, WSU Tri-Cities, Port of Benton, and Solaris LLC) are paving the way for a sustainability-themed research park development. A master plan developed by TVA Architects shows exciting plans for the future with mixed-use properties, recreational facilities, housing, and additional office space building up around Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and WSU-TC to attract more tech-based companies into the area.
